Business Valuation Solutions

To make the best decisions regarding the potential sale of your business and associated real estate, securing a Valuation from an experienced Sell Side Advisor working in the middle and lower middle business market is an important initial step. The Valuation serves as a guide and tool to work through the Sale Process. The items we need to put your Business Valuation together include a Trailing or Rolling 12 P&L Statement that has been adjusted for accuracy by your Accountant, Summary of Real Estate Owned, and Summary of Lease Terms of any leased property and buildings. We will request additional financial information later. Buyers in today’s M&A market will be highly focused on EBITDA and Multiples of EBITDA when doing their analysis of the financials to determine whether they will be making an offer and what exactly that offer will look like. We can generally turn them around in approximately 7-10 days, or faster.

Exit Planning Solutions

This takes ongoing coordination prior to the sale, including a clear understanding of the seller’s commitment to stay on board for a limited time (generally a requirement in today’s market). We will be with you from start to finish getting you ready to be ready when it is time to close the sale. Care will be taken to ensure all financials shared are accurate, not missing items such as property taxes and that there are not operational issues during the sales process.
